Steelway Cellar Doors Before & After Photos

This homeowner in Newark, DE wanted to add egress to their basement, so they reached out to Steelway.  One of our sales representatives went out to measure the area and make sure the job could be done.  After receiving the permit, one of our crews excavated the area, cut into the foundation with a water-cooled track saw, and installed a precast concrete stair with a steel bulkhead top.  Tight fit next to the air conditioning unit, but our guys are experienced and took their time and got it done right!  Well done guys!

The old door was in really bad shape.  We removed the old top and had to grind down and level the platform.  We then repaired the concrete, and installed the new custom top in West Grove, PA!

Down in Magnolia, DE, the builder for this home gave us a call to install an angle cellar door while they were building! We got the measurements and manufactured this custom angle cellar door in the King of Prussia plant. Once the steel cellar door was complete, we sent one of our awesome crews down to install. Great job guys!

In Hockessin, DE, this homeowner wanted to replace their old cellar door that was actually under an old deck they had. Our sales representative went out to take measurements for us to fabricate the new cellar door in our King of Prussia plant. While the custom cellar door was being manufactured, the homeowner had the deck removed. On the day of installation, one of our crews went out, removed what was left of the old cellar door and installed the custom angle cellar door. Looking good in Hockessin!
