This home in Collegeville had no basement access from the outside, so the homeowner reached out to Steelway. One of our sales representatives went out to take measurements and assess the area the homeowners would like to add the egress. Once we received the permit from the township, one of our crews went out, excavated, cut into the foundation, and installed a precast concrete set of steps with a galvanized steel top. Now this homeowner can access their basement from outside. Great job guys!
This Media, PA home had no back entrance to the basement. We quickly set to work fixing this issue by excavating and cutting into the area around the old basement's tiny egress window. We then installed a 76" Concrete unit which now provides a sturdy back entrance to the basement!

This home only had a small basement window previously and the Ambler, PA homeowner was hoping to replace it with a full basement entrance.
