This homeowner needed a new basement egress installed for their home in Mullica Hill, NJ. Even when they changed the location at the last minute it was nothing our expert team couldn't handle! Our team quickly got straight to work excavating and cutting into the foundation wall at the new location. When everything was in place we then installed an 84" Precast stair unit with a galvanized top. Now this homeowner has a quality basement egress and steel cellar door.
This basement lacked a proper entrance. We excavated and cut the foundation wall in order to install a concrete stair unit along with one of our beautiful replacement doors in Horsham, PA.
Another great job by the crew retrofitting a new basemant exit where one did not exist.
This home in Doylestown, PA originally just had a tiny window well but the owner needed a full egress. Our team was happy to oblige. We quickly set to work excavating the area and then cut into the foundation before installing an 84" Concrete unit with a Tube Steel Header. Now this owner can enjoy a safe and durable basement exit/entrance!
All the way up in Pipersville, PA, an old Ice Cream Parlor is getting a face lift, so we got the call to add an egress. Our awesome sales representative went out to assess the area and determine the size so we could manufacture the cellar door in our King of Prussia plant. We applied for the permit, called PA One call, and went out with pre-cast concrete steps, and the steel angle cellar door top. Great job on the install by one of our installation crews, and now this soon to be Ice Cream Parlor can utilize the space in the basement!
